DropBox vs iCould

Well, everyone talk about could services now, but is there really a competition between this two? What's the advantage of each of them?

Well, you can have 5GB with iCould and 2GB Dropbox for FREE! But there is a trick to get 8GB of FREE cloud service from Dropbox! If you invite friends to sign up and they did! 250MB will be given as reward.
I am not sure about you guys, but i find DropBox works fine for me with all my Macs and PCs, iPhones.

What Phone will Tony uses in Avengers? (Iron Man)

Well as we know, in the Iron man storyline, Tony Stark the owner  of Stark Industry is kind of like the most high tech guy on earth! But in IronMan 1, Tony uses an LG phone! Well, you can find out for yourself.

But of course in Ironman 2, He pulls out a Stark Industry phone to hack and take control of the Monitor. Anyone wanna make a guess what kind of phone he is pulling out in Avengers? Surely! i don't think is an iPhone, but could it be a Stark phone that runs in Android?
Well since we are guessing, what about the rest? What would Captain America and Hulk uses? Oh! Maybe Captain America is not that high-tech yet! I would really like to see if there is a scene where he got a "high-tech" culture shock!

Who's The Big Boss Of email & Webmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail?

Probably many of us signed-up a few email services, we needed different account to perform different task! That's how we were caught up with the idea of having a gmail for personal work, then yahoo for family and hotmail because i needed Windows live Messenger.

Many of us wondering, who is actually the big boss of email and webmail service? Who hosted the most accounts? Well i did a search from Google with the word " Mail and Webmail Statistic " and found this

According to "mail-marketing-reports.com"

Hotmail:
  • An October 2011 Comscore report put Hotmail's user base at 350 million.
  • A July 2011 post on the official Microsoft blog claimed Hotmail served 360 million unique users a month.
  • According to August 2011 statistics cited by Yahoo! (see the About page here), Hotmail is the biggest webmail provider with over 330 million unique users.
  • The latest Factsheet (albeit September 2010) from Microsoft notes that "Windows Live Hotmail is one of the world's largest e-mail providers with more than 355 million active accounts".
  • In March, 2010, a Group Program Manager at Windows Live Hotmail wrote that the service had over 369 million active users.
Yahoo! Mail:
  • The October 2011 Comscore numbers (see above) estimated Yahoo! Mail had 310 million users.
  • In August 2011, Yahoo! reported independent statistics giving it 302 million unique users globally and double the number of Gmail users in the US market (see the About page here).
  • In March, 2011, Miriam Geller (Yahoo! Mail's Director of Product Management) headlined a blog post "Change Email for 270M People with Yahoo! Mail Applications".
  • In a May 2010 interview, Yahoo! Mail's Carlo Catajan mentions 275+ million users.
Gmail:
  • In January 2012, Google claimed 350 million active users during an earnings call.
  • The October 2011 Comscore numbers estimated 260 million users.
  • Research from Return Path suggested Gmail ended 2010 with some 193 million users.
Email service provider MailChimp publishes the total number of emails they send to each of the major email address providers. The results for July 2011 saw Hotmail and Gmail addresses as the most "popular" in mailing lists, closely followed by Yahoo! Mail, with AOL way behind.
Data from competitive intelligence service Hitwise suggests Yahoo! Mail is the most used: as of January, 2012, the most popular email websites (based on US Internet usage and in descending order of popularity) were: Yahoo! Mail, Gmail and Windows Live Hotmail (see current rankings.)
Interestingly, the data also suggests that email is a far more important part of the Yahoo empire than Google's. The mail-related domain is the most popular at the Yahoo portal, while Gmail accounts for a small proportion of visits to Google.
Webmail providers like Gmail and Microsoft may also be behind some other domain names, either through POP3 retrieval of email from other accounts or through email hosting services offered to businesses and organizations which retain the latter's domains.

How to Bring people back to Your Website?

A truly successful website relies on a steady, growing base of repeat visitors. Here's how to convince people to keep coming back.

You've published your website and the visitors are coming in. but to make sure your website or blog is a hit you must secure repeat readers. Whether you are selling goods or service, blogging or news info site, you want people to visit and keep coming back. Your website determines your level of Professional-ness (Well! i just created a new word). Whether you like it or not, that's how a reader judge every site they visit, so in other words, don't create a website that only suit your taste, think about visitors that will visit it.

A good site is not determined by "how many viewers" but "how many sharers, or shall i call it talkers"! You must have the right mind set to give birth to a great website! Many can create website and thinking that it will ear them some fame or income, but until you see and accept the reality of the statement i made. You are nowhere close.

If you are a blogger, never forget that people search for newsworthy topics. During the launching of New iPad, for example, readers will search for the specs, shape, look, performance of it. If your readers get to know that they can count on your site for the analysis of the breaking stories and news, then they are more likely to make your site their first stop whenever they online.

PS: Don't think about what you can gain at the starting point of building a site. Think about, how readers can gain something from you and keep coming back.
